Fischer, as a bun, is not much for talking, but you'll still hear him coming with the telltale rattle of his poppy orbs in his glassy parts. Good-natured and bright, Fischer works hard at being exceptionally clowny to hide deep-seated insecurity, despite having done well enough for himself to own a small clown car. He has been seen occasionally driving Poplin about the burrowghs.
