Rolo is dedicated tailor with an eye for the adorable, and can often be found scrutinising bundles of ribbon and piles of lace in his home studio. While he could make more money by expanding his business, Rolo is happy with his regulars and their requests for made-to-order lolita-style dresses, and loves having the extra time to himself - or, he did, before he gained some clingers.
