Bellamy's life until very recently was spent on the sea. The real sea, up where his demon parent had raised him. His father, Krato, was often summoned by sailors in dire need of aid- from a storm, an attacking enemy ship, even monsters on occasion. They'd always bring Bellamy with them, showing him how to clean up the messes the crew found themselves in. But eventually Bellamy was sent in his stead, once had the skills and knowledge of how to handle the dangers that made a crew desperate enough to deal with demons.
Bellamy loved this life, right up until he learned that the problems he was saving ships from were all fabricated by his father to force them to sell their souls. In his anger and betrayal he rebelled and was injured. Krato sent Bellamy back to Burrowgatory to keep him safe, but now Bellamy is a fish out of water, struggling to find a place in this world that would give him the same feeling of purpose in life that he thought he had before.
Relationships
Krato was the person he'd looked up to more than anyone else. But now? Now he can't even look him in the eye.
Guinivere is a wonderful ballerina, but Bellamy is pretty sure she's actually a mermaid. She's too beautiful.. too graceful!
Axel is a good drinking buddy since he's so easy to beat at cards, but he dislikes how often he wants to fight him for his sword. It's his sword! Stop asking for it!!
Adrian was a childhood friend of Bellamy's, who he got to visit whenever Krato went to visit their demon parent. He wonders how he feels about the Forneus Sea, it's so much different than the one he's used to.
