Edited the image as it was requested I do so, I tried to edit the metoidioplasty dick to look more realistic? I apologize if it looked incorrect in the previous version of the image, as it can be hard to find good references for this stuff sometimes; I have found some references previously for this type of bottom surgery but only ones for the unaroused genitalia, and I admittedly overlooked the mistake with the penis placement the first time around. (Anatomy is difficult and I'm still learning, especially genitalia of all kinds!)

I hope this is acceptable this time? Again, what I'm going for is vagina-preserving metoidioplasty without testicular implants, which to my knowledge isn't that uncommon for trans men or transmasc nonbinary folks! (Not intending to be argumentative here, just explaining my thought processes, and again I apologize for overlooking the errors before. Let me know if it still doesn't look right, and I hope it's okay to politely ask for references if I still need to fix it as again, finding references for this stuff can be tricky and I am still learning, and reference images help me a lot as I'm quite a visual thinker/learner!) ^^;;;
