Casque's Fourth Diligence (He got lost)

While Casque has been certainly enjoying helping in Garden of Virtues and learning about their plants; he did so hate to run errands especially if they took him away from something he thrived in.
Don't get him wrong, Casque did enjoy running the errand to bring the bag full of loose tea leaves to Dove because it meant he got to spend time with the sweet Cherubun and Jackal.
However. His current dilemma? The fact he would have to run another errand for Primrose; this time involving coffee beans.

Coffee cafes has made him uncomfortable to be in especially ever since that whole situation in the past that he had gotten involved in and caused.
What happened has already happened but it does not ease the complicated feelings the wine Envy has regarding coffee cafes. Granted the fact a Cherubun owned Paradise Cafe brought small amount of comfort to him.
Still..

He was waffling on actually leaving his property for once and heading up to the Heavenly Embassy. This did receive raised eyebrows from his employees who knew of his love for gardening.

"Ah....You are still here? That is not like you considering your love for gardening."
Casque jerked up at the sound of Montresor's voice and sighed softly at the way the older Pride was standing in front of counter, his eyebrows furrowed slightly as his burgundy eyes locked on Casque's form.

"....It is that Primrose will want me to run an errand involving coffee beans, Beanny and her Paradise Cafe...." Casque trailed off, knowing that the other doll will understand the issue and understand he did.

"It is Beanny, Casque. In Heavenly Embassy. Nothing bad will happen. You might find out something if you do go up and have words with her. If I recall correctly, you have enjoyed your very few visits to her cafe." Casque had to smile slightly, appreciative of the Pride's wise and straightforward words.

"Very well then. I'll be going on ahead. Thank you Montressor. Do let Aletheia know I will be occupied for next few days as I have other commitments afterwards." Casque rolled his eyes at the way the older doll groaned softly. The skeletal Pride had been bothering them both for a while to go on a group date or something along the lines.

"She will be disappointed. Enjoy your time in the Heavenly Embassy." Montresor inclined his head as Casque hurried away toward the Heavenly Embassy.

Thankfully the route was quick due to his repeated visits and the elevator was already on the Burrowgatory floor when he arrived so Casque did not have to wait as he ascended through the heights towards the clouds that held Heavenly Embassy, Paradise Cafe, and Garden of Virtues.

"Primro-.....Oh...Is that the bushes for coffee beans? I didn't realize you had obtained a supply of the seeds." Casque began to call out upon finding the Cherubun only to pause when he recognized the plants Primrose was kneeling by. As Casque moved forward, Primrose sat back on his knees and nodded.

"One of the Succubuns in Burrowgatory....hmm a...Gluttony??? She runs a bar I'm certain? She gave Beanny a supply and I was asked to plant those. We do not have those in Heavenly Gardens so it was interesting trying to figure them out...." Primrose frowned as Casque only nodded in understanding.

"I can go deliver to Beanny if you have a bag for me...? Afterwards I could return and we could discuss those some more." Casque inquired and got a nod from Primrose as he rose to his feet before going to get a full satchel for the Envy to take. With a nod of thanks, Casque departed to deliver the satchel to Beanny. He did pause in front of the Statues of the Virtues nearby, his thoughts filled with what each of them meant and was it actually possible for Succubuns to embody them as much as Cherubuns embody Vices? He was unsure on the matter.

He had only met very few Cherubuns so far; Dove, Primrose and Beanny were primary ones he interacted with. Running an alcohol business did not help his case any, Casque supposed.
With a click of tongue, he walked away with the coffee beans satchel in his arms as he wandered along the gardens with a deliberate plan to take the long route toward the Paradise Cafe.

The Envy knew he needed to deal with his issues surrounding coffee cafes eventually but small steps at a time. For now, get this satchel of coffee beans delivered. Perhaps he could ask Beanny how she turned those red little things into those delicious liquid that the Envy relied on for daily basis?

Then Casque reached a fork in the garden and paused before hearing a soft spoken voice giving instructions. He glanced over only to have his eyes widen at the sight of what appears to be a Cherubun only that she was colorful with Flutter Motes fluttering around her and...
She was more scantily dressed than the other Cherubuns he had met. He had to wonder if she was getting comfortable living in Burrowgatory?

Casque hoisted up the satchel in his arms, glanced around and cursed when he realized he had gotten a little bit lost during his wandering in the Garden of Virtues. Fuck. He glanced over and startled slightly at the way the Cherubun's green eyes seemed to be locked firmly on him.

He cleared his throat so he could in a way reset his filters? Casque often swore and he knew that not all Cherubuns were comfortable with it. He adjusted the satchel in his arms again and began to approach her.

"Excuse me.....It would seem that I have gotten myself lost. Would you be willing to direct me in direction of Paradise Cafe?" Casque inquired only to moved back in surprise when the feathers flapped slightly.

"Oh! My apologies, I can guide you there if you'd like. Follow me-- I um, was admiring your Flora." She flushed slightly and Casque had to chuckle softly.

"Casque. It's quite all right. They are lovely are they not? Pardon my staring from earlier. I am not quite accustomed to seeing Cherubuns yet especially the more colourful ones" He reassured her as he began to follow Alamune.

"You seem to be adjusting well to Burrowgatory...?" Casque inquired and Alamune flushed again "W-What gave you the impression?"

"...Pardon my blunt observation but you are dressed more loosely compared to others I have seen around here" Casque pointed out as he easily kept up by her side thanks to their height difference. He blinked when she squeaked in surprise and the feather wings on her head immediately covered her eyes.

"Shit I'm sorry for surprising you- OH fuck I swore, damnit I'm sorry I'm doing it again? It's a bad habit of mine" Casque stammered over his words, swearing more as he adjusted his grip on the coffee beans satchel. He cleared his throat awkwardly. Watching his language around the Cherubuns had been quite the learning process. He was at least grateful that Alamune knew her way around.

Alamune giggled softly and her head wings moved away from her eyes as she glanced up at Casque "It's okay. Ah we are here." She nodded toward the Paradise Cafe as Casque bowed his head in thanks.

"...Ah.... I uh. I produce mainly alcohol but I do have lot of plants, majority of them the edible variety. If you ever want to stop by for the plants since you did seem fascinated by my Flora...You're welcome to. My property is called The Envious Wines." Casque offered as he moved toward the entrance of the cafe. He smiled when he noticed the Flutter Motes moving around franatically as Alamune lit up with a bright smile.

"Ouuh! That sounds wonderful! Ill take up your offer..." She cheered.
"Stop by anytime, I'm almost always on property~ Thank you so much for taking me here!" Casque spoke before entering the cafe to see Beanny.

The dark-skinned Cherubun perked up when she spotted Casque with the satchel.
"Oh! There's my promised delivery. Thank you so much Casque!" Casque nodded as he finally set it down on the counter for the Paradise Cafe Owner to take. "Can I get a cup of coffee, no milk or sugar please? I'd like to rest before I have to head out."
"Sure thing!" Beanny smiled as she went to put away the satchel and make Casque his cup of coffee "On the house for delivering that satchel!" She called out as she got busy.
