The brothers are polar opposite design wise, ( while also clearly being related!) Ra is black & red and Ka is white & blue

Before they had all their other traits (both born with spikes, evil eye, tentacles) the two were visually identical besides vice type. Kaphiri obtained the Bubble trait before he and Ramses ever met-- and Ramses became the 10-trait goliath he is after ruining Kaphiri's life.
