HUH… WHA… I wish I had my army of little agony emotes to put here to express what it’s like waking up to our sloth snesbians sleeping peacefully… I’ll be real when you said there was something that needed finishing I WASN’T EXPECTING TO SEE THESE TWO… THE BABIES EVER… I always smile big seeing roumd an string bean side by side, but especially in tender embraces like these. In true fashion Margot is probably about as warm as her personality and has to spread out to vent heat. And Lottie is politely taking up as little as possible so they can cuddle without overheating <333333
I just am so so so captivated by how you do lighting in your pieces. The range is so impressive but I’m biased as hell towards a tender golden glow over a romantic piece. Not only does it tell you they’re probably napping at that golden afternoon hour 🥰 but it also reflects Margot’s honey colored theme really well and pairs nicely with all of Lottie’s lightning bugs. WHICH. BY THE WAY. WHO ELSE LET OUT A LITTLE PITIFUL SOB AT THE WAY THE LIGHTNING BUGS DANCED AROUND BOTH OF THEM. AND WHO ELSE SNIFFLED ABOUT THE GHOSTS WATCHING OVER WHILE THEY SLEEP. Just me?? Yeah :’)
The lightning bugs and ghosts aren’t the only thing that got me sniffling though with this composition. Cause I keep scrolling up to make pathetic little noises at the way they’re sleeping with their sloth horns touching. How crazy is that…. What a cute expression of intimacy for little demon bunnies to put the marker of their personality together like that. We always joke with Leo and Percy that it would be Greed vs Gluttony constantly in a battle to see what wins. I think it’s so endearing we have a pair that is the total opposite. No competition, just naps :3 Lottie every day is so happy to have a girlfriend who she won’t have to struggle to keep up with and life can move at a snails pace 🐌 💜
I hope you managed to sleep well after this cause you made my morning and I hope I can pay that forward with Percy time!!!
the way i told myself that when i i finally draw their dolls together mark my worms it wont be a napping piece..... and then i did it anyways. Because that's what they deserve ❤️ but also mark my worms yet someday they'll also get a cute gardening piece or something 🫵
