MYO-7887: Noel Baran

The author of a popular series of literature, Noel Baran is mostly known by their pen name of Cloudy Meadows. The riches he gets from his books are often used for gambling, Noel actually being very talented at bluffing partly thanks to his resting exression- it's not the typical poker face, but looking like you'll burst out crying at any moment is surprisingly effective at throwing off opponents. In fact, he often does burst out crying thanks to his pseudobulbar affect, which he has long learned to just take in stride and stop being embarrassed about.

Prefers being outside, spending more time in his garden than inside his house and often going on walks. Is almost always noting down ideas for more stories, which often bites him in the ass as he has approximately twenty WIPs at any given time and is absolutely exhausted.
