Blunt - Passionate - Dedicated - Dangerous

"Fuck off before you meet my sword blades!"

Venka is a high ranking assassin; taking control of her squadron in dealing with assassinations in the Blood Watch Syndicate. She is well known for her ruthless dedication to her duties; whether solo or with others. She is also known as 'Bloody Blades'. The Blood Watch rules over the territory of the more run down aspects of Burrowgatory. When Venka's not out of missions she can be seen handling the training of lowest ranking members; specializing in weapons.

Venka is not known for her gentle nature at all. If anything, she's known for the opposite; her deadly prowess with bladed weapons, her foul mouth and her near-permanent scowl plastered on her face. She speaks very little and often is concise and to the point. Venka is extremely blunt with her words and has shown a passionate dedication to her work; often going above and beyond the bare minimum. Her temper and anger are well known throughout The Blood Watch. There is always the quiet simmering anger beneath her skin and it is quite rare to see her extremely calm.

Design Notes

Venka's left horn is broken near the tip.
Her Skeletal trait is in form of spine from nape of her neck down to her tail with ribs wrapping around from back to the front. There is spikes prodding out along the spine and down to the end of tail.
Her Shimmer manifests in red shimmer over her black horns and black spikes. It also manifests in black shimmer on skeletal.
She has red and pastel blue smoke markings going up her legs in doll form, and up her body in bun form. Her ears has purple and pastel blue smoke markings.
She has three thick stripes on her shoulders and upper arms as well as two pastel blue stripes on her wrists
She has three studs and one ring in her left ear, one ring in her right ear, two studs in her tongue and snake bites piercings (two side labret studs). She has scarring all over her body; most notably the one down her left eye, on her right cheek, her arms and stomach.

When Venka is at work/on clock, she will be in hooves. Often seen in intimidating torn streetwear with spikes and straps on her body with knives and swords attached to them. When she is not on the clock, she will often be seen lounging around her apartment in shorts and/or crop tops. When she's out and about running errands or whatever, she can be seen dressing up in punk/goth/grunge attire with high heels on her doll feet. She doesn't care if she present masc or femme. Her fashion colour palette are always black and dark colours.

They are a very unlikely couple due to their interests and aesthetics. Yet somehow it works out well. They met when Venka ordered few items from Fig's business and had it set to delivery. After fighting him for dominance and having a one night stand; it would be a while before they would meet up two more times for delivery plus sex before Fig made the first move in asking her out.
It was a rocky start due to Venka's reluctance to open herself up and Fig's communication tendencies however Molotov's entry into their relationship through dating Fig helped smooth things over. The pair often are found in the main area with Venka lounging on the sofa while Fig work on his craft or in the kitchen discussing meals for the week.

Fig's existence in Venka's life is kept lowkey as Venka does not think she will be able to cope well if The Blood Watch Syndicate discovered his existence. He's often the one to look after Venka whenever she stagger back to his house after a bad mission/patrol.

Molotov

The pair started out as co-workers, working separately for most part until Six made the decision to put Molotov into Venka's team on a mission and it went surprisingly well to the point where Venka decided to take Molotov with her on missions more often. Molotov became a permanent part of her team and they work together exceptionally well.
Their friendship developed from there into friends with benefits and eventually getting together. Venka is able to manage Molotov's chaotic high energy fairly well, and has found ways to navigate them on her low energy days. They're often seen (or rather, heard) participating in certain activities around the house, sparring together at work, and heading out on missions together

Adelaide took Venka in near immediately after her arrival in Burrowgatory and Venka was like a sponge in learning everything she could from Adelaide. It greatly upset her when Adelaide abruptly left The Blood Watch to the point where Venka persisted in her quest to find her mentor. Nowadays, Venka come to Adelaide only for advice and guidance regarding living a life separate from her work aspect of her life especially regarding her love life.

Venka hold high respect and regard for Zero as her boss. She performs her missions diligently and has climbed ranks that way. However there are rumours that occasionally gets circulated around the syndicate that she is being held back from ascending into higher ranking. This does not bother Venka as she is satisfied where she is at for now. When there is a need for some inside house cleaning, Venka is often assigned to the task along with one or two of the Watchers to supervise. Other than that she is often sent out on missions.
