Rumour has it that there is a certain Pride bun that will provide medical services to anybun, any time, and not say a word to the authorities. Rumour also has it that xe makes a lot more than just medicine.
Whether he's actually 'allowed' to practice any sort of medicine is up to interpretation, but most of xyr patients either have nowhere else to go or not enough time to get there.
And so they go to him, and they do their best to ignore his too-wide smile and the many jars of unnervingly fresh somethings all over his 'clinic'.

Detritus and Ramses met shortly after the first wave of Envy buns arrived in Burrowgatory; Ramses needed a place to stay, and with his mobility issues, the nearby makeshift clinic that Detritus ran seemed like a reasonable option. The two became close, bonding over their different yet compatibile types of intelligence. When Ramses asked for xyr help with his new business venture, Detritus enthusiastically agreed. Nowadays, xe doesn't get to see his friend as often as he likes, but has never once regretted helping the Envy get to where he is now.
