Gus (formerly known as Augustus) left the Heavenly Meadows to fulfill his great destiny, or so he says. No one knows what that means and Gus refuses to elaborate. Some succubuns are convinced that he is making crap up because all he does is eat and laze around since he arrived in Burrowgatory. He also abuses the charity that the Heavenly Embassy provides to cherubuns. It seems not all cherubuns care about righteousness.

As of right now, Gus is tasked with caring for the ambrosia gardens by Primrose. But nothing ever gets done. Ruth usually has to finish tasks for him when she drops by to volunteer. Gus won't say anything so long as he keeps reaping the rewards from the embassy.

He likes telling stories in the form of poetry and song to amuse others, though he would never make it a career. It is best not to take anything he sings too seriously because Gus is known to stretch the truth and tell tall tales.

You can find him roaming around in Burrowgatory and the Heavenly Embassy, usually being good-for-nothing. His current favourite spot is Yarmund's tavern where he can sing about secular things at his leisure. He also has a gambling addiction, so the casino is a likely place for him to be too.
