Traveling between small succubun settlements and the bustling cities, Kiiro has spent years on a relentless journey. After a humiliating defeat by his littermate, Ryobu, during their graduation ceremony, Kiiro was held back and left their sensei's temple later than his fellow pupils.
Now on his own, instead of seeking the 'fruit of legend' like his peers, Kiiro searches for worthy opponents to challenge to duels, always striving to improve his mastery of martial arts and swordsmanship. His determination is driven by a desire to redeem himself and prove his worth, both to himself and to his littermates; despite how they all agree his skills are now impeccable, and no such self-doubt is needed. Regardless of the stated "self-doubt" Kiiro still carries himself with self-importance and condensation in the face of anyone besides his explicit cohorts.

✎Design FUNFACTS
Originally Kiiro's design was intended to be traded off for fun & profit-- at least that's why I designed him shortly after making Ryobu. Then as I was drawing him I was like; "holy shit this bangs" when I popped off with his armor and made his face WAY too cute/handsome. So he's mine forever now.
In case you were unaware, he has an alt-outfit! I made this outfit not only because I want to see his pecs but the fact there isn't a chance in hell im drawing a suit of samurai armor anytime I wanted to draw him or get a comm. The reason he has fluttermotes is purely self indulgent, AND the fact I think it elevates his poise :3
