Feleli is a fashion designer who specializes in the sensual, revealing and sexy aesthetic though he's been known to excel in classy well tailored attire as well. His accessories and wire wrapping are to die for. He won't outright state it but he takes pride in his work. His shop is modest and a hidden hole in the wall which suits him just fine.
Feleli is high energy and mischievous, known for causing little mischief for fun. He does have a kind heart and high passion especially for his work. Often seen with a smile on his face and a snarky remark ready on tip of his tentacled tongue. He's capable of being professional especially regarding his work. Those in his very small close circle knows there is more to him than that meets the eye.

Design Notes
Feleli's Shimmer is in the form of holographic that covers his ears, legs and tail. He has four point star marking over his right eye in bun form, and four point star on his tail spade.
His hair is choppy and falls in various lengths with longest ending around chin length with baby blue fading to pale yellow.
He has nine tentacles in total; four at nape of neck, four above tail and his tongue. If his lower tentacles are straightened out fully, can easily reach past his knees. His ears has spots that is baby pink outlined in dark purple outlined in white and the inside of ears are baby pink.
Feleli's eyes are dark blue with mesmerizing brilliant teal and white hues blended in.
Feleli is strictly hooves only. Doll feet makes him uncomfortable. He wears dresses, kimonos, and cute tops with skirts; almost always in soft or jewel colors but he can be seen in assorted shades.

- His upper tentacles are very subtle in expressing Feleli's moods and mental state. Only very selected few actually know how to read them efficiently.
- His littermates are some of very few where Feleli can drop most of his facade around

Relationships
"Haru! Can I do your hair please? I'll even put those silver spikes in!!"
Haruspex is one of Feleli's two littermates who were taken in by the same demon caretaker. Feleli is one of few who can call Haruspex 'Haru' and Haruspex has privilege of calling Feleli 'Feli' through it happens very rarely due to his demeanor. Feleli is quite fond of Haruspex and wants to bring happiness to Haruspex however he can whether it be through spending time together, playing with his hair or spoiling him in clothes & accessories. Feleli hates that Haruspex covers his eyes up but will always provide eye wraps as means of quiet comfort and support.
"KyKy I really don't like mushrooms, you know that! Do I really have to?"
Kyril is another of Feleli's two littermates who were taken in by the same demon caretaker. Feleli usually tend to call him "KyKy" in private, and Kyril has privilege of calling Feleli 'Feli' though it is also uncommon. Feleli appreciates Kyril's protective streak even if it can be a little suffocating at times. Kyril is always trying to feed Feleli with vegetables much to his chagrin. Kyril is one of very few who Feleli will provide regular custom-made jewelry to.
"Limon! You look absolutely fucking gorgeous in that dress!!"
They met during their early days in Burrowgatory and hit it off so well that they kept in touch even as they broke off the horrible cycles they were respectively in for the better. Limon buys lot of her clubbing outfits and accessories in general from Feleli and from time to time he goes to her for sex fun outside the usual threesomes/orgies. Feleli puts up with Limon's fierce protective streak over him since he understands the reasoning behind it.

They met during a Matentines date and hit it off so well they became fast friends. Feleli knows he's safe with her when he's having a bad time. It startled him when she saw through his façade nearly immediately. He likes her protective streak and boisterous attitude. Plus the sex is fantastic! Minerva's music seems to be the only thing able to keep Feleli's wild imps calm and he's highly appreciative for that.
