Feleli and Star Shaped Sparklers

Feleli had no plans to head out for the evening to participate in the festival going on for Mochi Moon but his customers had not been able to shut up. His curiosity had been peaked and he had to go out. Maybe enjoy himself a bit. Take a break from his fashion design that's been consuming him so much lately. He had been highly inspired by the season and potential fireworks.
Actually now that he think about it, going out and enjoying the events going on would be a good stress relief? Perhaps find more inspiration? Feleli hummed to himself as he swept up the floor in his shop before closing it up. He then went into the back to change into a proper kimono with his favorite purple and pink stars and clouds print. The lining were pale blue and he had elected for dark purple obi with jade green obijime. His delicate hands easily smoothed down the fabric, making sure his lower tentacles had been tucked away snugly underneath the fabric. Feleli had found himself preferring to cover up more when it came to festivals. His head tentacles removed themselves from his ears and Feleli massaged them with a soft sigh. The ears were draped over his shoulders and tentacles rested down his nape of neck. He swiped some simple soft pink eyeshadow on and added a shimmery lip gloss before heading out.

If those who knew him saw him like this and gave him strange looks, he would be ignoring them. Just because he liked to dress provocatively did not mean he did it all the time. He had his moments where he liked to cover up. It was a brisk walk from his business to the celebration square full of stalls, performance, other buns and lots of laughter. The energetic energy in the air had Feleli cracking a fanged smile as he wandered the stalls. It was truly good to see others enjoying themselves. He paused as he spotted several buns running around and laughing with lit sparklers. His eyes locked on them for a while before Feleli snapped himself out of it.
He absolutely needed to get sparklers. A few. His tentacles could hold them.
Was it risky? Maybe. Was he going to do it anyway? Fuck yes.

The tentacled femboy in kimono wandered until he spotted a stall that had just cleared queue and approached. When the stall runner glanced up, Feleli recognized them as one of his regular customers who often paid in sex.
"Wow you look stunning with clothes on!" They blurted out before their cheeks turned crimson red and Feleli let out a loud laughter.
"So do you~" He winked with another chuckle as he perused the offerings of sparklers. His eyes widened when they spotted the star shaped ones.

"Those are perfect for you" The stall runner stated, picking up the star shaped sparklers "How many?"
"Five please." The stall runner's eyebrows raised at that as Feleli held up his hands and his head tentacles wriggled with a smirk.
"............That is a fire hazard, Feleli."
"I know." The stall runner sighed at Feleli and handed them over while he paid for them. His tentacles immediately grabbed the sparklers and Feleli was about to light them up when the stall runner snapped at him to go somewhere else instead of at his stall!

The stall runner watched in sheer horror as Feleli moved good distance away then proceed to light up every single one of his five star shaped sparklers on fire. They feared for his lovely hair but Feleli's head tentacles easily kept the sparklers away from his body as Feleli watched the two in his hands sparkle freely and brilliantly.
