In a universe where music is the lifeblood of creation, the celestial harmony that once bound the stars begins to unravel. The Cosmic Chorus, a force that weaves together fate and melody, is threatened by the rise of Lord Harmonia—a once revered Maestro who has abandoned the sacred symphony in pursuit of his own truth. However, that is just a very brief synopsis of "The Celestial Rhapsody," a fantasy space oddessy musical in which Parallaxa plays the star antagonist.

 

An important aspect about Parallaxa is his philosophy of "Parallels." Where he practices seeing both sides of every story, every role, every truth he lives in life. The good, the bad, and how they all reflect each other.  His life in Burrowgatory began at the Church of Sulfur's choir, devoted to music as a form of worship and his community. However, he soon sought a broader stage, wanting to share his talent beyond religious service and focus on individuality. He doesn't really encourage others to practice this lifestyle, though would be charmed if you do. You'd assume this mindset would make it hard for him to make choices, but it doesn't, it primarily focuses on taking the time to acknowledge the nature of something then react accordingly.

 

While he lives as a famous celebrity, lavish and rich with all the sparkly good things of life. Parallaxa’s home life is surprisingly ordinary and normal (aside from its themeing.) He enjoys bad puns, Bungeon & Dragons livestreams, painting, classic literature, and mindless scrolling online, embracing the quieter, nerdier joys that contrast his well known persona. He wants to particpate in the LARPing community, he sees it as a fun fascination, but is worried about being recoginzed in public. While Paral is not anti-social, he has his limits, and only really chooses to engage intimately with people he seeks out companionship with himself.

Teehee another mystery bun from the lovely zepandovski !! And a big boy at that, I knew that they'd be able to pull off the aesthetic I had in mind-- because of their skill with detailed designs and texturing :3

So you cannot believe how hype I was waiting for this design. Mainly because I had the idea in my head for some time now. There's this awesome indie game I adore called " Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles " which is visually an absolute treat, I requested Pandi take inspo from it and that they did!  I gave them free reign trait wise as well to make it work, I had a vision... And he's  PERFECT.

I'm glad I managed to pull off his doll outfit as well, though it's what "Lord Harmonia" wears during the musical.

• He loves the wonders of space and the cosmos, but Burrowgatory knows so little. The demon that raised him exposed him to the wonders of it all within their magic and their tomes.

They began talking as Parallaxa messaged and consulted them regarding reading material to possibly get into, and informative back and forths quickly became casual conversation. Played by Parallaxa, Lord Harmonia rejects the balance of the cosmos, believing destiny is a prison ! His contradicting compositions corrupt the Celestial Scale, distorting reality itself. Planets fall silent, constellations' lights flicker, and an eternal, black hush looms over the galaxy...

But! Hope remains in the hands of an unlikely group—a rogue bard, a starborn dancer, and the rest of the choir of rebels who refuse to be silenced. Together, they must go on a perilous journey across astral realms, seeking the lost Chord of Eternity—the only melody powerful enough to counter Harmonia’s discord and restore the universe’s natural rhythm.
