✎Design Notes

This one's a bit special to me! Goldewyn is a port of a D&D character I've had for... nearly 5 years! They're very beloved to me, and I wanted to do my best to drag in all the design elements that makes them, THEM, into Succubuns! Namely: their peachy-orange hair, contrasted against the vibrant greens that make up their accents, and the bangs that hide their eyes. The hardest part was definitely trying to figure out how to work in their eye and fallen angel imagery, due to design constraints and also. Not being a Cherubun (I love them but no. Absolutely not.)

Since they're not entirely normal even in their canon universe, I thought it'd be a fun idea to give them Devil's Tongue and Glow, to give them a vaguely otherworldly vibe whenever they open their mouth. Hellfire and the vague eye imagery around the ears is a nod to their particular brand of magic, while Spirit Motes was chosen ALSO for the otherworldly vibe (and as a personal nod to their og's backstory.)

★Trivia

Local candyl collector has SOOOO many little guys lighting up their living space. All the little beasts.
They've got sensitive eyesight, so they tend to keep lights dimmed when inside. They tend to leave their place around morning/evening, or when it's overcast- times of day when the ambient light of Burrowgatory isn't so strong.
Their Spirit Motes are named Remus and Reprobi respectively.
They've set up a back room in their library specifically for quick discreet hookups. Regular visitors and employees are free to use it, with the only stipulation that folks keep the area clean, and indicate when the room is in use (there's a sign on the door for a reason!)
Their vice of Greed manifests in their library, and a personal thirst for more information. The library itself was once a personal hoard they simply kept to themselves, but when their collection got too big, they decided to move it to a bigger building- and share it with Burrowgatory while they were at it.
Startlingly keen, for a doll who seems so cheerfully unaware of the people around them. When they're saying something to make someone uncomfortable, they're doing it on purpose, even if they act oblivious.
Their favourite passtime (other than reading, of course), is watching the people around them, and trying to puzzle folks out from afar. Thankfully their bangs hide their penchant for staring, so it's easy to play if off if they get caught.
