Sapphire, Saph, or Lady Sapphire  is the owner of the jewelry and cosmetics shop "Sapphire's Brilliance Bijoux." Once a rather well-known singer hired to perform at bars, casinos, or luxurious restaurants, Sapphire yearned to have more control over her own life and wealth.

Sapphire loves herself; she is her own best friend and most trusted companion. She'll throw herself into a catfight if she believes she's been disrespected; this includes if her staff have been disrespected, since they are an extension of her and her image. And with that thin temper of hers, you best watch it; her petite stature is misleading. Of course, she'd rather not get physical, because then it'll take a minute or two to take off her various jewelry.

Only a few years after Saph's singing career kicked off, she decided to explore something she's more passionate about. Jewlery! She loves the art of the craft, she loves wearing fine jewelry, and she especially loves flaunting it. Though she isn't that interested in doing the physical aspect of the craft herself, she is deeply fascinated by it, especially the gemstones. She spent a lot of time asking business owners for their advice and wisdom, and she only started the process of setting up her business when she was confident in its success.

Though she's mean and a hardass whenever she wants something done, Sapphire is nothing but polite, elegant, and professional, until the femtosecond something annoys her, that is. Her patience is always in a thin state; being a perfectionist, she can only let the world see the best of her. That being said, she cannot stand working with stuffy and pretentious people. They're harder to negotiate with, to control, or to possibly befriend. Which is why her staff are her beloved goons: Momo, Nova, and Danny.
