Castor loves sweets and lovely flowers, so why not mix the two worlds into one bouquet?
Pink roses mean happiness and appreciation. He's not romantically involved with anyone atm, so having a more platonic rose in there makes sense. He also really likes the scent and color. :D
Berlandiera lyrata is more of a fun decision to pick since Castor isn't all that sentimental or traditional. It smells like chocolate and it's cute. He's a big fan of sweets, so there is candy in there too. <3
The last "flower" is more of a plant to represent how dedicated he is to his occupation as a baker. Rather than a flower, putting a vanilla plant in there is a fun way to show his love for baking. :D
