"I don't want to seem rude, but are you taking this seriously?"
Smiles looks up from the bar, confused. It was supposed to mix stuff- right? So why not throw in all that's around to see what happens? It made perfect sense to it! It could make the silliest drink to grace the Rabbit Hole!
"Of course I am!!" It replies with a big smile, looking back to the shaker and glass on the bar.
However, the gluttony bun next to Smiles wasn't too amused by this- and Smiles notices. Perhaps it wasn't bright enough? Yeah, that has got to be it! There has to be a syrup around that it could use to do just that! It moves to grab a tall bottle with green liquid. As its hand touches the bottle, the other bun speaks up again.
"Hey, how about we make something simple- instead of going wild?"
"Is it not good enough? I thought the drinks had to look bright and fun!"
Hops frowns. She doesn't want the other bun to feel bad, but this is a class, and you can't learn if you aren't taking things seriously.
"It's... okay, and that is a little true- but I think we should focus on recipes we already have on hand instead of playing around."
"But I like playing around!"
"I can tell-" She grabs the glass and shaker, pouring the contents down a nearby sink and rinsing them. She returns the items to the bar and looks at the clown. "Here, how about we make a Dracquiri?"
"A what?"
"A Dracquiri." She repeats. "It's one of my signature drinks and only requires a couple of ingredients. It's a bright color- like you seem to enjoy- and tastes like you've added a splash of rum to strawberry limeade. Very good if you ask me."
"Is it good?"
"I just said so."
"I know! That's the joke!" It giggles, smile as wide as ever.
Hops sighs. "Right..." She grabs some more things from under the bar and places them on the countertop. "Okay, here we have the ingredients of a Dracquiri. Rum, syrup to sweeten it, lime juice, strawberries, and a bit of salt. That's all you need aside from the shaker, ice, and a glass."
"Alright..." It replies, not really finding anything it could make a joke out of here. "So... what do we do first?"
Hops grins, happy to have the clown's full attention. "So glad you asked- let's begin."
