Hops is the cheerful but clumsy bartender of the Rabbit Hole, the bar adjoining Wonderland Casino. She's a big hit with the patrons, as she's great to talk to and knows how to whip up some truly amazing alcoholic concoctions. However, she's a bit too easily tempted by her own supply, and often gets in trouble for drinking with the customers.

Though Hops likes her job, she isn't working there by choice. She was once a patron who accrued a massive tab with her constant drinking, and when she was unable to pay her debts, she was forced to work them off instead. Every bottle of wine Hops accidentally shatters and every drink she sneaks on the clock take her one step further from ever being debt free.

Hops is often called to wait on Angora's table in the casino—though there's a good chance Angora will just have Hops sit in her lap so she can show her off and toy with her. The treatment is a bit humiliating, but Hops can't help but like it a little—especially when Angora spoils her with expensive presents, and keeps her manager from yelling when she breaks things.
