Invite only

Nixie woke up to the bright bioluminescence from outside their window. Today he had to work, despite having a massive hangover. Nixie did odd jobs here and there, but mostly liked to play courier. It got him to meet a ton of new buns and dolls every shift, and some old regulars as well. They would often carry packages for the church of sulfur, and for the wonderland casino/the rabbit hole. Thankfully there hasn’t been a drink delivery service yet though. 

Nixie got out of the comfy bed, only to drop off onto the pink shag carpeting. They had forgotten that they had raised the bed recently, and you needed to be a doll to get comfortably on or off the bed now. At least the carpeting was soft. He shifted to doll form and walked into the bathroom, where there was tile, and two large full body mirrors. There they studied themselves. Everything they saw, they loved. 

After getting ready, Nixie headed to the rabbit hole. Once at the Rabbit Hole, Nixie entered to go see Hops up at the bar. 

“Hey Hops, give me something strong, I need to get over this hangover.” Nixie walked up to the bar, eyeing Hops up and down. “Could you do me a favor, I’ve got a strenuous day upcoming, and it’d be a really good thing if you could feed me this drink?” Nixie offered up a sizable tip for her, to help sweeten the deal. 

“Well, you always do treat me well, so I suppose I could help you out this once.” Hops said, straddling one of Nixie’s legs, dragging up it until they were face to face. Hops then took a large drink, and Nixie turned their head up, Hops placed her lips over theirs and allowed all the alcohol to transfer mouths. She did this a few times, until the drink was gone. Nixie slipped the tip up the ass end of her outfit, the tight leather holding it there. This wasn’t the first time Hops had done this with Them. 

“Delicious, thank you once again, Hops. “ After that little treat, Nixie was more prepared for his trip to Angora. She needed someone to hand out invitations for the upcoming gossamer gala. The walk from the bar to the casino wasn’t far, and today Nixie got to go into Angora’s sanctum to receive the invitations to hand out. They walked into the casino, turning around and looking at everyone there. The casino was packed as always. And loud. Screams of joy from the winners, and cries of despair from the losers. The wonderland casino was a fair casino that didn’t pull tricks. They played fair and you had just as good of a chance of winning big as you did losing big. 

Nixie walked back to the entrance to the VIP section. Velvety red rope designated the section he needed to be in. As he came to ropes, the bouncer, a rather large and muscular doll dressed in a tuxedo, stepped in front of him. 

“Only by appointment.” His deep voice almost echoing in Nixie’s head. 

“I’m here by request of Miss Angora. I’m the delivery person for the invites for the Gossamer Gala.” Nixie responded to the bouncer. The bouncer told them to hold on a minute, and went to a back room. When he returned, he opened the red ropes and allowed Nixie through. Nixie got this job from being a long supporting patron of the casino, and being Angora’s personal attendant on several occasions. Some due to debt, others to volunteer because he found  Angora as such a baffling figure. 

She was tough and strong, but at the same time, demure and professional. She exuded sex and control and dressed thusly. The chains that hang on her hips accentuating her figure, as did the cut out of the dresses she normally wore. She was the host of the Gossamer Gala. 

As Nixie ascended the steps, he slowly saw the inner area that Angora occupied, along with several ‘indentured servants’. “Miss Angora, I’m here by your command to deliver the invitations.” Nixie announced. Angora sauntered her way across the floor with a stack of several invitations. 

“These are just some. Im having several different people deliver them because of the urgency of when the Gala is.” Angora held her delicate hand out, to which Nixie received and kissed lightly several times. They started to kiss up Angora’s arm, but was stopped by Angora. “Deliver these and maybe we can continue where we just left off.”

Nixie licked their lips as Angora leaned in for a quick kiss, and then sent them away. Nixie left the room and descended the stairs to exit the VIP area. It seemed as though all eyes were on them. They thought people must know that they were carrying invites to the biggest party in Burrowgatory. 

Leaving the casino, Nixie walked around to deliver all the invitations. 10 in all, is all they delivered. “This must be a private party if that’s all that’s being invited.” Nixie thought to themselves. After all had been delivered, they returned to the casino, and to Angora. 

Upon arriving to show that they had delivered all the invitations, Nixie met Angora once again. She held out a golden gilded envelope, just like those that they had just delivered. Nixie raised their hand to take the envelope. 

“You have always been such a good boy for me, haven’t you. I think that deserves an invitation.”
