I have literally no idea how Alamune and Galrion would get arrested. But a feasible answer ive had in my head since ive seen the sketch was "They probably caused a LOT of propriety damage on complete accident." Like those visual-gags of someone knocking over one thing and then everything begins to unravel and fall over.
