Velveteen is one of the most famous models in Burrowgatory. Their gorgeous physique and icy cool demeanor make them popular with fans, and they even founded Vellure Modeling Agency, which represents them and dozens of other high-caliber models. They come off as quite detached, and have an air of mystique around them, especially because they've never been seen in their bun form in public.

When Velveteen was a child, they were very sickly, and spent much of their time alone in bed with only fashion magazines and a plush toy another child had clumsily sewn to keep them company. They became enamored with the dolls in the magazines, obsessed with the beauty of their perfect bodies in comparison to Velveteen's own small, frail bun body. This infatuation evolved into a complex as their frequent illness made them into a late bloomer, still hornless and unable to attain the doll form they so desperately wanted for months after their peers.

Fortunately, as Velveteen matured, they eventually grew in their horns and gained the ability to change their form, and even overcame their sickly constitution. Now, they pursue their modeling ambitions with a single-minded drive, and indulge in the joys of the body they love—refusing to ever take their unappealing bun form when at all possible.
