Kai loves the beach! He can always be found by the water socializing with other buns, playing, or napping. The warm, gentle presence he radiates comes from not only his kind and laid back demeanor, but also his literal warmth - since he spends most of his time being active outside, his body generates more heat than most buns, making him a perfect nap partner. Kai isn't shy in the least, making him very easy to approach. He takes great pride in helping others feel comfortable and welcomed, and does his best to support everyone around him however he can.

If he's not napping, he's probably playing sports on the beach! He's a professional beach volleyball player, where he comes alive and really demonstrates his unexpected prowess. Though he isn't very competitive, his daunting physique and passion for the sport makes him quite formidable! It might seem as though his tentacles would provide him an unfair advantage, but he's actually pretty bad at controlling them - they often seem like they have a mind of their own at times and are actually quite a hinderance in most cases!

Though he's very strong, Kai isn't very smart. He's not ashamed of this, and freely admits that his talents lie elsewhere. He's likely to rely on others to help simplify complicated subjects for him, even if they may not seem complicated at all to most buns. He's easily confused but quick to brush it off - if he doesn't understand it, he's not meant to understand it! Absolutely nothing phases Kai, though he may cry over sad things just like anybody else, he never gets angry and is very patient with others. He loves to smile and laugh and is almost always seen this way. While his muscular body may seem intimidating on anybody else, on Kai it just makes him seem like a big, sweet teddy bear. He loves hugs and cuddling and is surprisingly soft if he isn't flexing. He couldn't be scary even if he tried.

Kai loves to eat! As a gluttony bun, food is his vice. Because of how active his lifestyle is, he has an unbelievable appetite, making his stomach seem almost endless at times. Whatever an average bun might eat, Kai will triple that amount with glee - just don't expect him to share it!

His imp, a Shelon, kind of just naturally began to follow him around. Kai, in all of his naming prowess, decided to call him "Baby", because he is a baby. Kai actually doesn't know how old Baby is, but Baby will always be a baby in his eyes. His temperament is similar to that of Kai's in that they both love taking naps.
