MYO-769: Matcha

A shy bun of few words.

Matcha is a bit of a recluse who only speaks when they feel they need to, but in recent years they've been trying to get out more and meet new people. Their job is to maintain parks and gardens, preferring to keep to themselves and shy away from others.

They don't like showing their eyes very much, so they usually lower their head when they talk or wear a hat/some kind of covering if they can.
