Love is a bartender who works in a very high-end independent bar that is essentially open through the day and night. He has come into a small fortune in the past (protegé kind of deal, he tends to divert the attention elsewhere whenever he's asked about it) and has made a lot of money on his own doing "this 'n that" (he also refuses to elaborate on that) before he settled down as a bartender, so he doesn't need to always be on-call. Basically, he has reached a position in life where he actually gets to work for fun without needing to worry about getting around, so that's exactly what he's doing. We are only graced with his presence in the afterhours because he willed it so <3 /lh

Love is generally described as flamboyant and kind, but he can very quickly become a "looks meek, would lay waste to your legacy" type of guy when one hits the wrong nerve. Buddy's got a surprisingly intimidating air around him when he's putting on a serious face. He's especially touchy about his name; contrary to what the spelling might suggest, it's actually pronounced Lü-ve - kinda like Louis, but Swedish. He encourages "Sugar" or really any other similar name because people keep mispronouncing Love as, well, love, and it annoys him greatly. Mistakes happen, sure... but those who intentionally mess with his name, cause a stir, or bother patrons and friends alike, well - what goes around, eventually comes around! That said, when you need help with something funny, he's got you covered too :D He's got a shocking amount of contacts on the other side of the law, for some reason... so when Love says he "knows a guy", he sure as hell knows a guy.

Because of his general attitude and the rather fruity way he carries himself, Love is very much like that one dude you swear on your LIFE is a homosexual man until he suddenly, completely out of left field, hits you with the "ok everyone have a great rest of the day, time to go home to my lovely wife and children 😊" and you're left needing to process the entire course of your life for about twenty minutes. He is very comfortable in his own skin and would date you straightly in the most gay way possible.
