He's a 'scrawny emo boy at heart', but he's surprisingly muscled underneath his gross and stinky oversized striped sweaters.

Just because he's large(r) does not mean he's in charge though.

Also, just because the world disappoints him, doesn't mean his body has to.  He has to be ready for what the world throws at him, so he does lift some weights (not just the heavy weight of the world crushing his poor babygirl back). He lifts some weights and does some leg exercises inside in his own 'home gym' (next to his blanket nest on the floor in the far corner).
