Owner of Sanguine Poppy,  Karasu is a meticulous and well kept woman who holds her combined hot spring and inn to an extreme standard.  The only time she ever seems to relax is after a long day of cleaning and organizing-- even with employees under her wing. Once every little thing is checked and double checked, Karasu slips away from the public eye to enjoy sweet drinks and bitter candies in the privacy of her home, which makes up the top story of her inn.
