[CHARACTER BLURB]
Jingyu is a somewhat impulsive, unintentionally careless bun who tends to get in trouble more often than not, often because of his own doing; he's prone to taking risks even whilst knowing the outcome could be very bad, he's emotionally volatile, and even though he tries really hard to stay on track and do good by himself, his own thought patterns often lead him down rather self-destructive paths. The worst problems, however, have got to be within the romantic field.

He only sees one color and that color is pink - he canNOT stay away from red flag toxic men to save his LIFE, and Grisha is constantly smacking his phone outta his hands because he keeps being like "omg... I should text him..." knowing damn well he shouldn't. He suffers from an incredibly low sense of self-worth, and toxic men reaffirm how he subconsciously feels about himself which... unfortunately brings him some sort of misguided idea of safety. Even if he actually gets the choice between the greenest flag on the lord's pasture of goodwill and a flag redder than hell itself, Jingyu will instinctively lean toward the latter. On top of it, he's got attachment issues and tends to latch onto people who give him positive attention quickly, even if said positive attention is only temporary and even if there's literally only an ounce of it before it gets bad. His world can quickly come to revolve around another person.

However, Jingyu really does try his best to find the greener grass on the other side of the hill. It's not like he "gets himself hurt for funsies" or "secretly wants it" or whatever the cringe people he's met come up with; he knows very well that he keeps on stumbling into the same hole and his brain is just not cooperating with him the way he wants it to, and he's doing what he can to learn to step over it instead. His issues are just very genuine and very painful, and lie very deeply ingrained within him to boot, and he needs a little more help than he might want to admit. Therapy my boy,, let's find you a good therapist,,
