Raised by an emotionally distant and careless Demon, Donnie grew up learning how to take care of himself and grew to be entirely independent- extremely so to where the bun has grown greedy for his own personal space. Wanting to be left unbothered by other buns at their activities, Donnie found a burrow in the far reaches of Burrowgatory where he can reside in peace. For the most part.
Donnie's significant trait is that he's distant and aloof, living day to day life quietly and to himself. Only a few times will he express himself but with little words as possible. Though he might seem agitated throughout the day, he's actually quite content.

Another bun residing close to his burrow, Maxene was quick and easy to work herself next to Donnie's side. Through time and company, the two found themselves similar in wanting peace and solace from the more busy and social city of Burrowgatory. Becoming accustomed to Maxene's company, Donnie found her favorable in time and found himself wanting. She seems to be the only one who can read his emotions well.
