Scammer extraordinaire and small scale gamble runner. Usually found in alleys too dark to see yourself in, let alone his face in the bright and changing lights. Very good at flattery, as both a hobby and a job. It's quite hard to predict what he would do even when you're a close friend, although you can count on him to never let any serious harm come to you without putting up a hair-pulling, shin-kicking fight.

As for outfits anything casino related or inspired works, usually with cutouts and windows to show off some of his favourite moles (flat and dark).
