MYO-3546: Rosario

Hotblooded, head strong, and impulsive. Rosario takes charge and can't even consider for a moment to follow others instructions. He's hedonistic at heart and often acts before he thinks based on desire alone. Rosario has a very noticable laugh and it's very difficult to convince him to use his indoor voice. Despite his brash nature, his imp Muffy is actually extremely attached to him and can sometimes be found curled up around him. He is an overindulgent pet owner and treats Muffy like the princess she is.
