Toshio is a quirky individual, always moving at his own pace and dragging others along into it. His eccentric nature can sometimes make it hard for others to understand him, with his actions and words being unpredictable and strange. He seems to mellow out at times, but it's mostly around Hajime and usually only when the other needs him to tone it down a bit.

Design Notes
Toshio always wears clothes with oversized sleeves that cover his hands, and very rarely is he seen with shorter sleeves.
His face is always in a permanent wide smile. He can change his expression when feeling other things, but his default is that.
Trivia
- Can and will eat just about anything you put in front of him. He has a seemingly endless appetite.
- Super into lolita fashion and enjoys wearing it whenever he can.
- Avid plushie collector.
- Unbelievably strong despite how frail he looks.
Relationships
To Toshio, Hajime is his other half, his everything. Having been close since they were littermates, Toshio couldn't imagine a life without Hajime by his side.
When it comes to Hajime, Toshio can get extremely protective, wanting to place Hajime's comfort and happiness above everything else. Despite Toshio's happy-go-lucky nature, if something happens to Hajime he can get... scary. He loves Hajime more than anything, and would do whatever it takes to make sure he's happy and safe.
