Meighan is... an interesting individual, to say the least. Some say he was a professor who gave up living a comfortable life to instead indulge in couch-surfing and running amok in alleyways. He would put it that he found a new calling, one that involves putting his learning in alchemy to better use in helping bun-kind... for a price! 

Now one can find him in dingy streetsides, typically offering curious passerbys a life-changing 'potion' that can help with libido and performance. For nothing more than helping him with his next stock, he'll happily part with a sample.
