Lover of imps and avid TCG player, Noe can often be found taking naps with his imps if he isn't busy testing out his new deck. They love to linger in the Imporium to try and temp Hutch to take naps with them and the imps. And he's known to blow all of his carats on occassion on Holland's gacha machine. Whether or not their luck is actually good is a whole other story...
Noe cannot sleep if he isn't cuddling with something or someone, and it's usually his imps he cuddles with. He can often be seen carrying BearBear around just for comfort, but they're happiest when they can nap with all of their imps. They love snuggling with Philly, and his phloof can often be found nestled in his hair. And, while their loafki may not seem like the cuddling type, his favorite spot to sleep is right on Noe's chest.

Personality
Design Notes
He has small fangs. If his eyes are open, he always has a sleepy look. A mess of peach colored hair that almost covers his horns, there's a small braid in front of one of his ears. Green eyes. A fairly slim figure. His nipples are pierced. Almost never wears shoes.
Trivia
- Their first imp was their phloof, and it snuck home with in by burrowing in their hair
- They don't usually wear anything under their sweater
- It's hard to get them to focus on anything unless it's something they're interested in
Relationships
If there were anyone that could be considered Noe's favorite person, it would be Declan. Being littermates, the two of them were often found cuddled together to nap the day away as kits. Noe would still do that, now, if Declan would let them. But Noe does their best to respect his space, they're just not very good at it. He just loves to cuddle! Besides, if Declan really didn't want anything to do with Noe, he'd leave for good.
