Koga seems to exist in Burrowgatory to be a menace to some and a threat to others. It's difficult to keep him under control, but with enough bribery of money, food, or other things he enjoys you can employ his services-- for a limited time. As soon as something else catches his eye his loyalty is lost and he's off to chase whatever he's decided to fixate on next, whether the previous job is done or not. He's good muscle, a fierce fighter, and great in bed, so long as you don't mind being his plaything more than anything else. Nothing seems to keep him down, both in personality and stamina; he'll keep trucking through life until he's had his fill of excitement for the day.
Relationships
Kenzo is someone he's always itching to fight, even if he's one of the few that can beat Koga's ass easily. Rather than Koga's wild swings and feral fists and claws the man has form and style, and he hopes to learn some of the yakuza's moves by brawling with him.
Hunter had what it took to compete with Koga, but the coward ran off somewhere and now he can't find him. Whatever, if he wants to live in hiding he's free to! Just know the moment he's found Koga's going to double up any punishment he would've gotten otherwise.
