Really, it's Caellach, but "Kelly" is so much easier to write on a cup.
Somehow constantly chilled, or at least, never objecting to more warmth. Yet also somehow refusing to do up his coat....

Mind your pocket book around him,  while he's not so likely to outright steal (in front of anyone),  he's an awful little deal-maker and takes advantage of generosity. 
Full of hair and skin tips. Appreciator of all men.
Surprisingly rough and tumble for someone who spends an awful lot of time making sure theres not a hair out of place. A lot stronger than he might look at first glance.
