MYO-2350: Meshi

A baker and pastry chef who will set your tastebuds on fire, and maybe your clothes too.

Meshi, aka Hot Mess™, is a literal flaming hot mess (hence the nickname).
She works as a pastry chef and head baker at long time friend PB's bakery and cafe, We Got Cake. She has tried her best to not burn the place down. Her accidentlly(?) destructive nature is overlooked due to her great work ethic and ability to make such deliclious treats. 

Is she good or bad at cooking?
It's about a 75% good, 25% bad ratio. And a lot of the bad, is just setting things on fire somehow.

She is rather messy in cooking meals, but in baking and decoration of treats it depends. She's really good at intricate and difficult recipes, she can nail those like BAM! Done!
But she is just AWFUL at simple things outside of baking. Can't make a grilled cheese worth crap, but is eggcellent at making a Soufflé. Excels at macarons and things like baked Alaska. Can't plate some fresh fruit without it catching on fire.
