MYO-214: Asterix

TW: Asterix has bad coping mechanisms and his parent is neglectiful/horrid.

The second in command and lead dancer in the band No Bark All Bite, a bun that has a natural dazzle that doesn't even need his stars to light him up. Asterix is a bit of a brat, okay more than a little bit. Arguemanative, fussy, and issues with controlling behavior are hidden from his public persona. When on stage, he's a sassy lust bun that adores the lights and attention on him. Asterix is known for his dancing streams when not with the band and for pictures of his imp that are either affectionate or sarcastic.  But off stage Asterix is reckless, he is careful to keep his personas seperate as not to create a scandel. Not wanting to see Dulcedram fix his messes more than needed. Off stage he dresses in baggier, less flashy clothing. Even removes most of his make up and some peircings just incase.

The charming idol on stage has a temper in private, not wanting to be ignored or his more efficient ideas not taken into account. He's right by the way, but oh well. Despite his prickly exterior and snapping if buns pry Asterix actually craves attention to fill an emptiness left in him by Viedere. Rather it be the thrill of setting off his haders with a flirty post towards them or a one night stand at a club Asterix needs to be the center of attention. Even when he wants to be alone and can't stand touches from others he still craves being under the lights and eyes if it means a distraction for that emptiness. His brothers and friends help, even the nightclub manager who he meets up with at times give him some solace. But Asterix is selfish, he craves more. He wants more even when he doesn't want it. These conflicting feelings make the lust bun even more prickly.

Under that thick skin is a sensitive bun that wants to find a cure for the gaping hole. Constantly hoping the rare call from Viedere will be about his shows, not one of his siblings. Hoping he won't go back to bad coping mechanisms. But that's always too hopeful. Asterix knows better. But he still wishes for it. Lately though, he hasn't heard anything about his parent from any of his siblings or gotten a call after his failure (huge success) of a preformance.

Relationships:

• Cross: Enemies. Rivals even. Likes to mockingly flirt with the other and often wins their 'battles'. Despite this he won't stand for anyone badmouthing him.
• Kyanite: A drinking associate, not too close.
• Dulcedram: One of Asterix's 'siblings', the one he goes to for comfort even if Asterix claims he sucks at it. Dulcedram is very busy though, owning a brand and business. So Asterix is usually hesitant to call and ask Dulcedram to meet. But after Dulcedram called him after a practice went very wrong to check on him and sternly tell Asterix to call him when he needs help... The lust bun has started calling his brother more and more.
• Imogen: Second eldest of Asterix siblings, more teasing than Dulcedram but carries an air of sadness at times that frustrates Asterix. Imogen is one of Viedere's favorites after all, so what makes him sad? Even has a successful clinic that offers couples counseling and kink lessons! Asterix does respect his brother, and loves him, but doesn't understand him and it angers the perfectionist.
• Viedere: A succubus that raised Asterix and many other buns, not a great parent and led to Asterix acting out to get attention. Running into encounters with fans and haters just for attention. Viedere grew bored with Asterix a little while after his horns and spikes grew. Still calls a few of their favorites or brags about them to Asterix. Making the lust bun spiral.
• Marbles: A softy Asterix took under his wing. By that he means Asterix saw the other was absolutely oblivious to threats and it was sad to watch. So he took it upon himself to keep Marbles safe. Seeing the other watch him with admiration or puppy eyes also helps feed Asterix need for attention. If he tricks the other for a joke sometimes well... Marbles knows he bites.
• Sini: Asterix's shit talking buddy. Sini has wiggled her way into his circle via Marbles and watching over him. She has also kept him from making bad decisions during a spiral on a few occasions. What she doesn't know is that the one time she had him sleep over and held him when he was sobbing left a impact on the preformer. One that has earned his Loyalty.
• Damien: A nightclub owner that has becoming a reocurring partner of Asterix. Despite his contrary game with the other, the suave bun has managed to make Asterix crumble. Make him cuddly, closer to his hidden soft side. But even then Asterix has a habit of sabatoging his relationships. Damien has not left him though, which confuses Asterix. So he has confided in the other. To say he may be a little infatuated is unspoken but true. Asterix likes a challenge, just like Damien.
• No Bark All Bite (Band)
• Shashi (Hashi): Asterix oldest friend, met him while sneaking out to see if Viedere noticed. They even arrived in Burrowgatory together, quickly gaining fans online thanks to Shashi's voice and Asterix's dancing. Though their good looks certainly helped. Shashi actually has a good head on his shoulders, giving Asterix orders if the other starts to get to huffy at practice or starts pushing the others into doing things his way. One of the few Asterix listens to.
• Indra: Similarly to Marbles, Asterix took Indra in. The sloth bun was the exact opposite of both Shashi and Asterix, but they let Asterix take the reigns. Letting the other walk all over him as it's what their used to. Asterix's control issues come out around Indra due to wanting Indra to grow a spine. Be more independent. However they just enable the other.
• Beraht: Shashi's recruit, Beraht has an attitude that clashes with Asterix. Beraht is the second best dancer in the group but is the one that sets the stage with effects. Liking the art of showmanship. However when he and Asterix butt heads, it can get nasty if Hashi doesn't intervene. Despite this, the two have a begrudging friendship and trust.
• Eguzki: The last bandmate, Indra's younger sibling that came a year after them. Eguzki is a oddball, but he can make a beat from anything. Often haunting listeners with his music, Shashi always listens first to make the lyrics with Eguzki and Asteix has the other help him practice the coreography. While offputting, and protective of his new 'friends', the bun has shown some concerning behaviors that surprises Asterix at times.
