Impulsive, extroverted, likes sweets, a baker, no filter, does what she wants when she wants and whines when she can't get it (all you gotta do is distract her to get her to stop, and that's not that hard to do)

Opposites attract in the case of Kori and Polar, relationship dynamic is more or less Kori pushing Polar out of his comfort zone and getting him to talk to others (but not pushing him to far of course) while Polar helps to mellow Kori out a bit since she can be a lot for some buns
