Juno is best known around the Burrowgatory for her unflinchingly energetic attitude. She greets all her neighbors by name, has a wide social circle, and not only means it when she says “Let’s get coffee sometime!” but actually follows up to make the plan. She’s a bright spot in anyone’s day (assuming all of that enthusiasm doesn’t just annoy them), a gleeful summer sun.

Her next greatest claim to fame is her garden: it’s almost reminiscent of a fantastical noble estate in the way it’s laid out, perfectly arranged for casual strolls and admiring the flowers. And the flowers are admirable; they’re Juno’s pride and joy, and while the garden is starting to get out of hand in scope, and she ought to think about hiring some assistance, she doesn’t trust anyone else to handle her precious flowers the way she likes. Her stubborn pride won’t allow anyone else to take credit for her work.

Truly, the one thing that sets Juno off is her pride. Despite being a great friend, she’s a poor team player. She puts all her effort into anything she does, and wants to be credited and admired for her work. She’s possessive of it, too; if she actually gives you something she’s made—a bouquet, a scrapbook with the book itself hand bound, a bookmark with a pressed flower—it’s a sign that she really, really likes you. Though generally level-headed and easygoing, if a challenge is issued, she has no choice but to rise up to meet it, regardless of how good of an idea it might be.

Her beloved Ísdís funds many of her escapades, including that gorgeous garden and her collection of craft supplies, but she’s too proud to let herself be fully supported. That’s why she works at a gym during the day, putting all that boundless energy to work leading Zumba classes and encouraging other buns to be proud of their efforts and their bodies.
