- Head Pattisier for one of those suuuuper fancy old manors that hosts lots of events for people (run by Pomme (BUN-156), her brand of Greed is very basic, and she's an ambitious gal who always has a new entrepreneurial endeavor on the horizon)

- Spends more time wandering around the kitchen taste testing than he does actually baking.

- Dexter inherited some incredible recipes from his family, but is sworn to secrecy. Only their closest confidant knows how to make them.

- Has expanded upon his family's culinary repertoire with some genius additions of their own, but gets bored of making the same things quickly and is always experimenting (with varying levels of success).
