The femme fatal owner of the Red Rabebe Casino. She always has the situation, no matter what, under control and will never not be a step ahead of others. Everything has to go according to her plan and she will make sure of it. The many workers at the casino also work as her dogs, supplying her with any information she needs about the ever changing enviroment of burrowgatory. Despite her profession, she hardly ever stoops down to gambling. She knows the real money is in raking in the profits from behind the scene. In fact, she may have fabricated a rumor that throwing carats into the central pond in the casino will grant increased luck...

Continuing with the pet dynamic, she does have favorites amongst her employees. In particular, she is currently interested in one of her hostess, Sapphire. Sapphire, however, seems oblivious to this attention. Meiko does have a softer side, but learned to keep it buried underneath a nonchalant exterior.
