He is incredibly overworked and the only outlet he has is messing up or dropping the orders.

Kuromitsu is incredibly good at making unique Parfaits and other dessert treats. The only thing is that he would never make the right order for you.

Entirely it is on purpose, he comes off as the naughty type of servant that you come across cafes.

The only time he does the order well is if he is entirely nervous and would make it for only one patron of his, Miles.

He also sells homemade lolipops that he sells within the cafe.
