Graham (aka absinthe) is the careless twin brother of Anise, always making a mess trying to "sensationalise" the bar in an attempt to capture the same spectacle their father made every night. He likes to make the fizziest, sparkliest drinks on the menu.

Where Graham lacks, Anise makes up for and vice versa. Sometimes when he's overcompensating to make up for areas he lacks, she keeps him steady, a quality that he appreciates in his sister.

HISTORY

After the passing of their parents, Anise and Absinthe inherited their family's bar.
