Anise is the frantic twin sister of Graham (aka absinthe) always cleaning up after her brother's messes and does all the hard work to keep their family's bar afloat. She likes to make the more subdued drinks on the menu.

Where Graham lacks, Anise makes up for and vice versa. Sometimes when she's too hyperfixated on something, he reminds her to ease up, a quality that she appreciates in her brother.

HISTORY

After the passing of their parents, Anise and Absinthe inherited their family's bar.
