Third time’s the charm, I hope! I edited the third paragraph to be a little more specific but tried not to over-explain / go into unnecessary detail since Marianna’s backstory isn’t the main focus. Beforehand I only said that he “managed to escape to Burrowgatory” but now I also added “away from his loveless demon caretaker”. I know that buns are raised either by Murmur or other demons (in rare cases) before they’re returned to Burrowgatory (since as newborns Mercy nurtures them before handing them off(?)) but. I hope what I put now makes more sense.
