Quick note for mods: I recently have been seeing a recurring error where I have gotten the incorrect trinket reward for NPC prompts, and the third time it occurred I was certain I had selected the correct reward when submitting and I didn't absentmindedly select the wrong one or anything. Going by advice I remember getting from Yves after submitting claims, just putting a reminder that I should be getting Mercy's Scripture for this one! (It may be an error with my browser on my end but I'm not certain.)
