Inspired by an angelfish, but the fins were made to look more like bat wings instead of the angelfish's actual smooth fins. It's meant to compliment the devlish! angelfish... devil-fish... hehe. I imagine it just float around gracefully around a bun owner! Maybe they live around the fake hell beach where the last summer event took place :)
