Water you waiting for?

Eliza was melting in the heat as they had to properly condition her room full of mushrooms and now she was just sweating it up in bun form, wait all the fur was probably not helping as they laid on the floor in the heat "frankie....frankie....bring me a bottle of water" she begged her bimble who was happily rolling in the sand box they were given for dust baths, he buzzed over happily to the fridge and with smarts not usually seen in imps as far as she knew though the only other example she had was Hobbie the uniqor.

The water was spilled all over her and she just laid there now wet furred and humidly hot "thanks frankie" actually this did help out a bit which gave her an idea "hobbie watch the house i'll be back, frankie lead me to the store" eliza hooked up her bimble on their special lil man leash as they were carefully taken to the store to buy some very very important materials but silly ditzy her! she bought too much and was struggling to carry everything while holding the leash "go on without meee" she went falling forward when a pair of strong arms caught them "ya aware that yer dripping wet?" came a voice.

Eliza lifted her bangs just a little to see and her big ole eyes spotted a, as she would say out loud "hot damn burly as fuck what have you been fed cowboy" making the other laugh at that as they set the other down carefully and offered a helping hand with all their bags "what bags....OH, yes please that'd be great" they said blushing just a bit in their lil bunbun form, she can't help it when a nice cowboy like man helps her out despite not really getting anything out of it.

"Wouldn't this be a heck of a lot easier if ya were in yer bun form?" it took a few minutes to register as they stared up at his pecs face "oh yeah!" they assumed doll form and had to quickly cover her fudoshi cloth as the wind picked up "oh never mind now i remember why i don't" she went back to bunny as the other laughed at the whole ordeal "then if you don't mind" the buff bun carried her bags as promised "Whats your name stranger" she copied the cowboys way of talk just for the question making her smile as she carried her one bag and let frankie lead her around back to her place "Flint and yers?" he glanced over at the bimble that was doing a stellar job of walking her around. Maybe he should consider getting one to? an imp not a bimble in specific, it gets mighty hard to see through these lucious fluffy bangs sometimes. "Eliza and this is frankie, my seeing eye bimble, he helps me at home too oh and i'm not blind" she told him right away "I just can't see with bangs in my face and i have no desire to change that" fair enough as they arrived at her place shortly after and flint was going to be on his merry way when she tugged at his pants a bit "here" they held up a package of water balloons, Oh! how fun were they going to start a war? as they watched her unpack a bunch of them by the hose. "Shoot if i knew ya were going to have a fight i'd have ask to join" Eliza giggled behind her little paws "I mean i was just going to ask my neighbors but i wouldn't mind fighting you, i have some water pistols to complete your look" oh hell yeah! they took the now filled pistol and both got ready for war, WAAAAR! after she let her bimble inside the house "hobbie you doing ok?" the horse was just standing there staring at her in the dark "good boy" they closed the door and looked up at the other "on the count of three...one....three!!" they popped back into her doll form to make this a fair fight as she threw balloons here and there while he dodged and shot.

"You're aim is too good!" she was getting spritzed and sprayed by the water pistols making the other laugh out "well i practice my aim when i can!" they were so focused on the fun neither seen the bun walking down the road and a stray water balloon hit a bun just walking down by the sidewalk a soft bweh was heard making them look over from their fun "oh no!" both rushed over to check on the bunny and they went to check on them. The bunny in question felt stunned at being hit with such cold water "I think we actually helped her, look" Eliza lifted up a little tentacle curl "she's aquatic she might've needed it!" flint rubbed his jaw a bit before saying he agreed.

"She'll dehydrate fast under the sun" the bun in question came to and said they were fine just shocked is all by how cold it was, never mind that they thought she needed to be doused as they were about to drop more balloons on her "oh...ok good, are you sure you're ok?" they let the bunny stand on their own two peets before nodding "yes...i'm fine i promise" the two sighed out in relief before staring down at her, it was flint who spoke up first "My name's Flint this here's Eliza, you wanna join us in the water war? mighty hot out"

"I'm Lira and um, sure?" they were just going with the flow of the two when they spotted the uniqor in the window "should they be kept inside?" her lil heart went out to them as the uniqor put their tiny lil gay hoof onto the glass trying to get sympathy towards them "yeah that's hobbie and he's not allowed outside without supervision, he's a...they tend to....he's stupid" there was no other way to say it besides that "oh, um ok" they started to match the other twos vibes as they were given a bunch of water balloons to them. Lira just stared at them when she was hit again!

"pbbt" they sputtered some water out before using their tentacles to launch a few at them, hey this was actually pretty fun as the whole hot day was made cooler by a simple water fight, but by the end of it all three were in bunny form and drying off in eliza's room with borrowed towels, frankie and hobbie were nuzzling up to lira who pet them gently "you guys want some pizza? i have some frozen ones in the freezer" all that playing had their stomachs grumbling at the mention of food so both gave a nod or thumbs up "i'm glad i met the two of you today otherwise i'd have to ask my neighbors".

Were they that bad? no she just never spoke to them before and she didn't want to start their relationship by war, she really ought to talk to them soon but for now it's pizza time with new friends and stopping hobbie from trying to lick lira "it's ok i like imps, this one is just special in their own way" what a wonderful way to end a hot hot day. Flint and Lira spoke with each other while they waited for the food, one so expressive the other not so much but it didn't seem to bother the fluffy cowboy one bit as the pizza came out with the passage of a good time and new friends "wait hobbie NO" Eliza had to chase an imp down from taking her pizza slice "HOBBIE LOBBIE HORSE YOU GET BACK HERE" flint laughed at the free nature of the uniqor and lira attempted to help by trying to catch the other, yup just another normal day for eliza the bun.
